Its over again - A poem by Monty

It was nice while it lasted,
But now its come and gone,

Were all affected by it,
Even men that look real strong,

For women it seems a lifetime,
and for men a few short breaths,

For just 17 weeks a year,
you see laughing and song and cheer,

Oh and depending on where you frequent,
an awful lot of beer,

what is this virus, what is the reason?
C'mon boys!! Its freakin football season!
